Petra beggars description, if that's the right term. It's like the grand canyon in the sense that pictures can't capture it. I am told that in the day we spent there we saw only 10% of the site. Oh well, so much world, so little time.... do you think that's some of what eternity's for? And of course HE, the wonderful Creator, is SO MUCH MORE AMAZING than His creation... Wow...
By the way, the most amazing picture of all the above was... drumroll please... did you catch Mom on the horse?!?!? So cool....
The people of Jordan are very kind. The border crossing was good. They asked us to come back.
